Minute Papillon was born from the desire to move creation from paper to matter: working with fruit, smelling plants, observing their transformations and sharing the result.
For more than twenty years, I created visual identities, images and brand worlds. I loved telling stories, but something tangible was missing. I wanted to work with a real material, to smell it, taste it and transform it with my hands.
Fermentation, distillation and working with plants opened a new field of creation. Today Minute Papillon brings together these two lives: the precision of the designer and the curiosity of the craftsman.

A drink can also become the signature of a place.
The idea took shape while looking at restaurant menus. The plates told of a cuisine, a terroir and a personality, while the drinks often stayed standardised. Minute Papillon was born from that wish: to imagine creations able to extend the identity of a chef, a place or a moment.
