In Namur, Minute Papillon is preparing a place where the counter and the workshop meet. Come to drink a creation, eat a tartine or a seasonal soup, chat — and watch Rohane turn fruit, plants and memories into drinks.

At noon, simply good
A soup, a few tartines, and time to talk.
At lunchtime, the Lab will offer a deliberately short menu: a soup made with the seasons and a few generous tartines, built from simple, well-chosen produce. Not an endless menu: enough to eat well, discover a drink and leave room for conversation.
The laboratory stays in view
Meanwhile, the drinks take shape.
The Lab is not a kitchen hidden behind a door. Rohane observes, blends, infuses, ferments and distills there. The work stays visible: you can ask a question, smell a plant, understand an intuition and sometimes witness a new creation being born.
